LimeLife Tours is a specialized leisure travel, cultural journey, and wellness coordination brand owned and operated by White Label Adventure Co., Ltd., a registered private limited company incorporated under the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand.

By completing a booking or taking part in any LimeLife journey, retreat, seminar, or excursion, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and the applicable laws of the Kingdom of Thailand.

A booking is confirmed only after LimeLife receives full payment and sends written confirmation.

• The full price for all selected tour and accommodation weeks is paid in one payment.
• The confirmed price is based on the selected weeks and guest numbers shown at checkout.

Refund requests must be submitted in writing or through the secure journey page.

• A full refund may be requested at least 10 calendar days before the first tour date. If only accommodation was booked, the first accommodation week is used.
• Requests made fewer than 10 calendar days before that date, or after the journey has started, are non-refundable.

LimeLife designs gentle, small-group itineraries for mature travelers. However, LimeLife is not a licensed hospital. Medical treatments are conducted by accredited third-party hospitals and licensed clinics.

All guests are required to carry comprehensive travel and health insurance covering emergency medical treatment, hospitalisation, and emergency medical evacuation valid in Thailand for the full duration of their stay.

Guests must ensure their passports have at least 6 months of validity from the date of arrival in Thailand and appropriate entry visas.

White Label Adventure Co., Ltd. acts as Data Controller under Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019).

We collect identification details, contact information, emergency contacts, dietary preferences, and with explicit consent, mobility or medical notes necessary for safe itinerary planning.

Personal data is used exclusively to deliver travel services, coordinate care accommodations, issue insurance manifests, and fulfill statutory reporting requirements.

Under Thailand PDPA, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, and restriction of processing. For any privacy requests, contact us at booking@limelife.club.
